Bread with Chives

The perfect bread with chives recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 packet Dry yeast
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 250 ml Water warm
  • 1 bunch Chives fresh
  1. Put the flour in a bowl and form a well. Pour the yeast into the well and dissolve the sugar with a small part of the water and mix the yeast with the flour. Let the dough rise for 15 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, cut the chives into fine rolls. After the resting time, add the chives and salt to the dough. Knead with the flour and gradually add the rest of the water. Knead until the dough no longer sticks to the edge and is not so sticky in the hand. Let the dough rise for about 30 minutes. Shape the dough into a round shape or, depending on your own interests, put it in a loaf pan. Let the bread rise again and bake in the oven at 200 degrees with top and bottom heat for about 45 minutes.
