Bread with onions and bacon

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 600 g flour
  • 500 ml buttermilk
  • 100 g onion(s) (fried onions)
  • 100 g bacon, diced
  • 1 cube of yeast
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Combine the ingredients in a bowl and form a yeast dough. Cover and let it rise for about 1 hour. Then shape into a loaf and place it in a greased bread pan. Place the bread in a cold oven and bake at 200°C (top/bottom heat) or 180°C (convection oven) for about 45 minutes.
