Scrambled eggs with cumin

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 5 eggs
  • 2 cl milk
  • 2 cl water
  • ½ tsp cumin, ground
  • 1 pinch(s) chili pepper(s), ground
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Indian-inspired scrambled eggs, very spicy

Combine all ingredients except the butter in a bowl and mix together. Heat the butter in a pan and add the mixture. Stir continuously until set. The scrambled eggs taste best with a slice of white bread. Serve with a cold glass of pilsner or rosé.
