Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 bag of mini mozzarella
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Herbs of Provence
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 1 egg yolk

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 18 minutes

Season the breadcrumbs with salt, pepper, Provençal herbs, and a little cayenne pepper. Then, first coat the mozzarella balls in flour, then dip them in egg yolk, and finally coat them several times in the breadcrumbs. Then fry the breaded mozzarella balls in hot oil for 2-3 minutes, turning frequently.
