Breaded Mozzarella on Salad
The perfect breaded mozzarella on salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the marinade
- Pepper salt
- Flour
- 1 Egg
- 75 g Breadcrumbs
- 250 g Salad to taste
- 3 tbsp White balsamic vinegar
- 1 Pr Sugar
- 5 tbsp Oil
- 0,5 bunch Freshly chopped chives
- 2 Tomatoes
- ********
- Oil
- Drain the mozarella, cut into finger-thick slices and season with pepper
- Mix the flour and 1/4 teaspoon salt on a plate, whisk the egg with a tablespoon of water. Put breadcrumbs on another plate. Turn the Mozarella slices first in the flour, then in the egg and finally in the breadcrumbs, chill
- Mix the ingredients for the marinade and stir well, cut the tomatoes into pieces
- Mix the tomatoes and lettuce with the vinaigrette and distribute on 2 plates
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the mozzarella slices all around until golden brown, add to the salad and serve
- If you like, serve baguette with it
