Breaded Mozzarella on Salad

The perfect breaded mozzarella on salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the marinade

  • Pepper salt
  • Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 75 g Breadcrumbs
  • 250 g Salad to taste
  • 3 tbsp White balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Pr Sugar
  • 5 tbsp Oil
  • 0,5 bunch Freshly chopped chives
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • ********
  • Oil
  1. Drain the mozarella, cut into finger-thick slices and season with pepper
  2. Mix the flour and 1/4 teaspoon salt on a plate, whisk the egg with a tablespoon of water. Put breadcrumbs on another plate. Turn the Mozarella slices first in the flour, then in the egg and finally in the breadcrumbs, chill
  3. Mix the ingredients for the marinade and stir well, cut the tomatoes into pieces
  4. Mix the tomatoes and lettuce with the vinaigrette and distribute on 2 plates
  5. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the mozzarella slices all around until golden brown, add to the salad and serve
  6. If you like, serve baguette with it
