Rocket and Mozzarella Salad

The perfect rocket and mozzarella salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Arugula
  • 250 g Date tomatoes
  • 250 g Mozzarella
  • 1 Onions
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp. Water
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • Balsamic cream
  1. Wash the arugula, drain it in a colander and place it in a bowl, wash the tomatoes and spread them on the arugula along the edge, peel the onion, cut into rings and place in the center of the salad.
  2. Put the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, water, salt, pepper and sugar in a small screw-top jar, close, shake well and slowly pour over the salad.
  3. Cut the mozzarella into slices, place on the salad and decorate everything with the balsamic cream. ENJOY YOUR MEAL !!!
