Ingredients
- 300 g Arugula
- 250 g Date tomatoes
- 250 g Mozzarella
- 1 Onions
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 tbsp Water
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- Balsamic cream
Instructions
- Wash the arugula, drain it in a colander and place it in a bowl, wash the tomatoes and spread them on the arugula along the edge, peel the onion, cut into rings and place in the center of the salad.
- Put the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, water, salt, pepper and sugar in a small screw-top jar, close, shake well and slowly pour over the salad.
- Cut the mozzarella into slices, place on the salad and decorate everything with the balsamic cream. ENJOY YOUR MEAL !!!
