Rocket and Mozzarella Salad

Ingredients
 

  • 300 g Arugula
  • 250 g Date tomatoes
  • 250 g Mozzarella
  • 1 Onions
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Water
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • Balsamic cream

Instructions
 

  • Wash the arugula, drain it in a colander and place it in a bowl, wash the tomatoes and spread them on the arugula along the edge, peel the onion, cut into rings and place in the center of the salad.
  • Put the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, water, salt, pepper and sugar in a small screw-top jar, close, shake well and slowly pour over the salad.
  • Cut the mozzarella into slices, place on the salad and decorate everything with the balsamic cream. ENJOY YOUR MEAL !!!
