Tinchens Cucumber Salad

The perfect tinchens cucumber salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 toe Garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Caraway seeds
  • 1 tbsp Vegeta, salt
  • 0,25 Glass Water
  • 6 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Quark
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  1. Put the cucumbers in the salad bowl and add a little salt.
  2. After 5 minutes stir in the garlic and caraway seeds, add Vegeta and the soy sauce. Mix everything well.
  3. Now add water, vinegar and oil and mix with the quark. Stir in sugar.
