Breaded potato wedges

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 75 g breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 kg potatoes, waxy
  • 3 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Mix the breadcrumbs, salt, and paprika. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them into wedges, skin on, to taste. Mix the potatoes with the oil and breadcrumbs and spread them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (convection oven) for about 45 minutes.
