Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Fine oat flakes
  • 2 Cup Almond milk
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Oatmeal Spice
  • 3 Plums
  • 5 Panicles Red currants
  • 1 tbsp Roasted almond flakes

Instructions

Preliminary remark

  • Actually, I'm not a fan of ready-made spice mixtures, as most spices lose their aroma very quickly after grinding and you have to use up the spice mixture very quickly so that you can get some of it. But I won something again and there was this Oatmeal Spice mixture included and so I used it and it really convinced me. Contents of this mixture: almonds, desiccated coconut, cocoa beans, vanilla, cinnamon and ginger.

preparation

  • Put the oat flakes with the almond milk and the spice mixture in a sealable container, close it and let everything soak in the refrigerator overnight.
  • The next morning then add the honey, the chopped plums and the currants as well as the roasted almond flakes and either enjoy it straight away and close the jar again and pack it up for work.
