Ingredients
- 200 g Instant flour
- 125 g Liquid butter
- 100 Milliliters Agave syrup
- 1 tablespoon Honey liquid
- 1 Egg
- 3 tablespoon Cocoa powder heavily de-oiled
- 4 tablespoon Tigernuts
- 100 Milliliters Buttermilk
- 1 Apples
- 3 teaspoon Tartar baking powder
Instructions
- Mix the agave syrup with the honey and the egg. Add the flour, baking powder and melted butter and mix well.
- Add the buttermilk, tiger nuts, cocoa powder and diced apples to the batter. Mix well.
- Put in muffin molds and bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
- Goes well with vanilla sauce. Tigernuts are available in organic supermarkets.
