Ingredients
 

  • 200 g Instant flour
  • 125 g Liquid butter
  • 100 Milliliters Agave syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Honey liquid
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 tablespoon Cocoa powder heavily de-oiled
  • 4 tablespoon Tigernuts
  • 100 Milliliters Buttermilk
  • 1 Apples
  • 3 teaspoon Tartar baking powder

Instructions
 

  • Mix the agave syrup with the honey and the egg. Add the flour, baking powder and melted butter and mix well.
  • Add the buttermilk, tiger nuts, cocoa powder and diced apples to the batter. Mix well.
  • Put in muffin molds and bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
  • Goes well with vanilla sauce. Tigernuts are available in organic supermarkets.
