  • 250 g natural yogurt, 0.3% fat
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 handful of grapes
  • 1 kiwi(s)
  • 1 apple, grated with peel
  • 5 tbsp oat flakes, fine
  • little mineral water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

WW suitable

Mix yogurt with water and oatmeal and let it sit for a while. Cut the fruit into bite-sized pieces. The fruit selection here is tested and delicious, but you can swap it for other types of fruit if you like. Mix everything together and let it sit for a while. This breakfast will keep you full for a long time.
