Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 banana(s)
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 tbsp spelt flakes
  • 400 ml milk
  • 2 tsp almond(s), ground.
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Magnesium kick

Combine everything in a blender, peeling the banana first, of course. Blend vigorously, divide between two glasses, and enjoy! All ingredients are rich in magnesium, making them a great way to start your day.
