Breakfast: Green Yogurt Smoothie Bowl
The perfect breakfast: green yogurt smoothie bowl recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Handful Spinach leaves
- 1 Pc. Frozen banana sliced
- 1 Pc. Kiwi
- 1 Handful Pineapple
- 200 g Natural yoghurt
- 2 tbsp Protein powder as needed
- 1 tsp Lebepur green powder
- Puree all ingredients with the food processor until creamy and pour into a nice bowl.
- As a topping, you can now optionally just take what you like, e.g. some crunchy muesli (see my cookbook), coconut chips, chia seeds, flax seeds, cocoa nibs, chopped pistachios, another sliced kiwi, pineapple in pieces etc …
- The banana should be frozen so that the porridge is nice and creamy. If there is no pineapple, just use a second kiwi. You can also mix in a few leaves of basil.
