Breakfast: Green Yogurt Smoothie Bowl

The perfect breakfast: green yogurt smoothie bowl recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Handful Spinach leaves
  • 1 Pc. Frozen banana sliced
  • 1 Pc. Kiwi
  • 1 Handful Pineapple
  • 200 g Natural yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp Protein powder as needed
  • 1 tsp Lebepur green powder
  1. Puree all ingredients with the food processor until creamy and pour into a nice bowl.
  2. As a topping, you can now optionally just take what you like, e.g. some crunchy muesli (see my cookbook), coconut chips, chia seeds, flax seeds, cocoa nibs, chopped pistachios, another sliced ​​kiwi, pineapple in pieces etc …
  3. The banana should be frozen so that the porridge is nice and creamy. If there is no pineapple, just use a second kiwi. You can also mix in a few leaves of basil.
