Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 liter of milk
- 4 tbsp oat flakes
- 300 g berries of your choice (raspberries, blackberries…)
- 50 g sugar, honey if desired
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Combine milk with oatmeal, berries, and sugar or honey. Blend directly in a blender or with a hand blender. It’s best to drink immediately, as the oatmeal will otherwise settle. It’s a great quick breakfast; the oatmeal provides plenty of B vitamins.
