  • 80 ml water
  • 1 tsp, leveled spice(s), e.g. cinnamon or vanilla
  • some yogurt, optionally vegan
  • 1 handful of berries or grapes

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

no added sugar, simple and suitable for every season

Add as much water to the muesli as it can absorb. Add spices for a special flavor. Stir the muesli thoroughly and let it sit for 10 minutes. Once it has sat, divide the mixture between muffin cups. Fill them only halfway and press the mixture firmly into the cups. Then bake the tarts for 20 minutes at 120°C (top/bottom heat). Once the tarts have cooled, top them with a little yogurt as the icing, and scatter berries or grapes over the yogurt as the cherry on top. One serving is equivalent to approximately 4 muesli tarts.
