Fitness breakfast, filling and quick to make

Combine the quark, cottage cheese, lemon juice, and milk and stir until creamy. Add the thawed or fresh berries and the diced apple, and mix with the oats. Add a generous pinch of cinnamon, to taste. I find the quark breakfast particularly delicious when you add a teaspoon of mixed seeds (usually used in salads). This breakfast provides all the essential nutrients: lots of protein, good carbohydrates, and a small amount of good fat (from the seeds and nuts). The cinnamon adds a delicious touch, so everything tastes delicious even without sugar.
