Breakfast pudding with chia

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 ml coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • some agave syrup
  • e.g. raspberries, frozen
  • 2 tbsp vanilla yogurt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 10 minutes

Combine the coconut milk with the chia seeds and agave syrup and refrigerate in a small bowl overnight or for at least 1 hour. Thaw the frozen raspberries or warm them in the microwave. Serve the chia-coconut mixture with the raspberries and vanilla yogurt.
