Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 apple or 1 handful of berries of your choice
  • 2 tbsp natural yogurt
  • 250 ml milk
  • 3 tbsp muesli (basic muesli)
  • Cinnamon powder
  • Star anise, ground
  • Coriander powder
  • Ginger powder
  • Cardamom powder
  • Clove powder
  • Vanilla powder (bourbon vanilla)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 minute; Total time approx. 6 minutes

Peel the banana and chop the apple. If you have a powerful hand blender or a Thermomix, you don’t need to peel the apple. Now add all the ingredients to a bowl or blender and blend until the liquid is frothy.
