Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 banana(s)
- 1 apple or 1 handful of berries of your choice
- 2 tbsp natural yogurt
- 250 ml milk
- 3 tbsp muesli (basic muesli)
- Cinnamon powder
- Star anise, ground
- Coriander powder
- Ginger powder
- Cardamom powder
- Clove powder
- Vanilla powder (bourbon vanilla)

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 minute; Total time approx. 6 minutes

Peel the banana and chop the apple. If you have a powerful hand blender or a Thermomix, you don’t need to peel the apple. Now add all the ingredients to a bowl or blender and blend until the liquid is frothy.
