  • 60 g blueberries
  • 100 g strawberries
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 4 tbsp oat flakes, fine
  • 150 g natural yogurt
  • 100 ml milk
  • 100 ml almond milk (almond drink)
  • ice cubes
  • Honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend. Serve in a glass with a straw.
