Ingredients

  • 2 Discs Dark Bread
  • 4 tbsp Pesto hummus
  • 1 tsp Coconut oil
  • 2 Pc. Eggs
  • Nori seaweed flakes
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 tsp Black sesame
  • Tamari soy sauce, to taste

Instructions

  • You can find recipes for a delicious spelled buckwheat chia bread and the pesto hummus in my cookbook. First toast the two slices of bread and then drizzle with soy sauce if you like. Brush both slices thickly with pesto hummus.
  • Heat coconut oil in a pan and fry two fried eggs over medium temperature. I also like the yolk firm, so I poke it once. Place the fried eggs on the bread and sprinkle with nori seaweed flakes and black sesame seeds. Season with salt and pepper as needed.
  • You only need 3 main ingredients for the recipe (bread, spread, eggs) and it's so quick to prepare. 🙂
