Ingredients

  • 2 thin slices Farmers bread
  • 2 small slices Black bacon
  • 1 middle toe Garlic fresh
  • 2 fresh Free range eggs
  • Chives fresh
  • Salt, pepper from the mill

Instructions

  • Thinly slice two slices of fresh farmer's bread, leave the small slices of black bacon out in a coated pan 🙂 so that the fat comes out. Then fry the bread slices in it on both sides until crispy (on a kitchen crepe). The eggs are crispy, but the yolk should stay nice and soft.
  • Rub the slices of bread with the halved garlic clove, it tastes wonderful. Yes and then I serve. I put the fried egg on the bread slices, the bacon, the fresh chives on top and season with salt (fleur de sel) and pepper from the mill (taste remains open). Add a hand-brewed filter of coffee and the day can begin
