Quick Breakfast (toasted Farmer’s Bread with Fried Egg)

  • 2 thin slices Farmers bread
  • 2 small slices Black bacon
  • 1 middle toe Garlic fresh
  • 2 fresh Free range eggs
  • Chives fresh
  • Salt, pepper from the mill
  1. Thinly slice two slices of fresh farmer’s bread, leave the small slices of black bacon out in a coated pan 🙂 so that the fat comes out. Then fry the bread slices in it on both sides until crispy (on a kitchen crepe). The eggs are crispy, but the yolk should stay nice and soft.
  2. Rub the slices of bread with the halved garlic clove, it tastes wonderful. Yes and then I serve.
