Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 tortilla(s), soft
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 pack of Rösti
  • 200g bacon
  • 150 g Cheddar cheese
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 200 g salsa (taco salsa), mild
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Prepare 6 scrambled eggs. Fry the hash browns. Fry the bacon. Grate the cheese. Wrap the soft tortillas in aluminum foil and heat in the oven at 120°C for 10 minutes. Then fill the tortillas with all the ingredients and serve.
