Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g quark, low-fat
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- 1 pack of herbs, frozen
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 day 12 hours; Total time approx. 1 day 12 hours 10 minutes

Mix everything together and pour into the 2.5 l strainer of a strainer server or chef’s jar. Leave to stand in the refrigerator for 2 days without opening. Then drain the whey and let stand in the refrigerator for another night.
