Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 8 chicken breast fillets
- 400 g cream cheese (herb cream cheese)
- 400 ml cream
- 8 slices of ham (Black Forest ham)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
First, wash the meat and pat it dry thoroughly. Wrap a slice of Black Forest ham around each chicken breast fillet and place it in a baking dish. Mix the cream and herb cream cheese into a smooth sauce and pour it over the meat. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes.
