Turkey breast tomato casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g tomatoes
  • 300g mozzarella
  • 250 g mushrooms (giant mushrooms)
  • 300 g smoked turkey breast (sliced)
  • 3 tbsp oil (olive oil)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • ½ bunch basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the tomatoes, mozzarella, and mushrooms into 1 cm thick slices. Layer them with the turkey breast in a casserole dish, tiled like a roof. Mix the olive oil with the garlic and pour over the casserole. Season with salt and pepper. Bake the casserole for about 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C. Garnish with basil leaves before serving.
