Breton pastries
Combine the flour, sugar, and yeast. Add a pinch of salt. Add the egg and milk. Stir in the butter well. Let it rise for 15 minutes. Roll out the dough and cut out cookies. Brush with the beaten egg yolk. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 6 minutes.
