- 125 g butter
- 125 g flour
- 150 g powdered sugar
- 5 g baking powder
- 4 eggs (separated)

Beat the egg yolks with the powdered sugar until fluffy. Add the softened butter, combine the flour, and baking powder, and gently stir in. Grease the madeleine molds and fill with the mixture. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
