Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 400 g pork fillet(s)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • ½ celery root
  • butter
  • 200 g peas
  • ¼ liter beer (pilsner)
  • ¼ liter broth
  • 1 tbsp sauce powder (gravy)
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the pork fillet into thin slices. Heat the oil and fry the meat until light brown. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce and continue to fry for about 5 minutes, stirring. Slice the leek into rings and the celery into sticks. Sauté the vegetables in a little butter and then add to the meat. Add the peas, Schäffler Premium Gold lager, broth, and sauce mix to the meat and vegetables, and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Stir in the sour cream before serving and season to taste.
