Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 jar beans, thick
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 tsp broth, granulated
  • 1 pinch(s) pepper, white
  • 1 tbsp herbs (salad herbs), dried
  • 1 tsp savory

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Own creation

Drain and rinse the broad beans. Peel and dice the onion. Mix the other ingredients into a marinade. Add the beans and onion and stir everything together.
