Honey dressing

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 tbsp vinegar (white wine vinegar)
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 ½ tbsp chives, in rolls
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Dissolve honey in a little warm water. Stir in all ingredients and season with salt and pepper. I always use it as a salad dressing for iceberg lettuce, but it also goes well with mixed greens or other leafy salads.
