Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 jars beans, thick
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 4 sausages (Mettwurst)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Melt the butter in a saucepan and sauté the onions. Then stir in the cornstarch and deglaze with the bean liquid. Add the beans and the sausages and simmer for about 15 minutes. Serve with boiled potatoes.
