Broccoli and Potato Cream

The perfect broccoli and potato cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 50 g Potato
  • 100 g Broccoli
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg, garlic
  • Butter or oil
  • 2 tbsp Cream cheese or sour cream
  1. Cook, peel and mash the potatoes.
  1. Cut the broccoli into small pieces and sauté in oil or butter.
  1. Mix the potatoes with broccoli and mash them finely, season with the spices to taste.
