Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g lasagna sheet(s)
  • 400 g broccoli, cut into florets
  • 2 onions
  • 200 ml vegetable broth (herb soup)
  • 500 g tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 g sour cream (light)
  • 100 g cheese (pizza)
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • rosemary

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Suitable for WW, 6.5 p.

Cook broccoli and onion in soup until al dente, stir in tomatoes, and season. Mix eggs and cream with salt and pepper. Layer vegetables and pastry sheets in a dish, alternating layers, starting with the vegetables and ending with the vegetables. Pour the cream and egg mixture over the mixture and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 200°C for about 40 minutes.
