Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced turkey
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 egg(s)
- 4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tbsp heaped breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp herbs of your choice, frozen
- 1 tsp, heaped mustard
- 1 tsp, leveled salt
- 1 tsp spice mix of your choice
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Finely chop the onion. Combine all ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Form the meatballs with your hands and place them in the air fryer basket. Fry the meatballs at 200°C for 10-12 minutes. Increase or decrease the time depending on the desired browning and the appliance. This yields approximately 10-20 meatballs, depending on the size.
