Bruschetta – baked minced meat casserole

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 6 tomatoes
  • 300 g minced meat
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 1 cup of cream
  • n. B. Cheese for topping
  • 200 g pasta
  • salt water
  • Spice(s) of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Pasta bake

Cook the pasta in salted water as usual. Brown the minced meat until crumbly and season to taste. Dice the onions, add them to the pan with the minced meat, and fry. Dice the tomatoes and add them to the pan. Once everything is nicely browned, add the cream and cream cheese to the pan and let it simmer until the cream cheese has dissolved. Spread the pasta in a baking dish and pour the minced meat and tomato sauce from the pan over it. Then add the cheese to coat it and place the casserole in the oven. Bake at 180°C until golden brown, then enjoy.
