Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 bunch of basil
- 150 ml oil (olive oil)
- 125 g Parmesan, freshly grated
- 125 g broccoli, in florets
- 125 g almonds, blanched
- 60 ml chicken broth
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- ¼ tsp black pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
A different kind of pesto
Combine all ingredients, place in a food processor, and blend until a smooth paste forms. Tip: Broccoli pesto tastes especially good with tagliatelle and poultry.
