Broccoli pesto

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 150 ml oil (olive oil)
  • 125 g Parmesan, freshly grated
  • 125 g broccoli, in florets
  • 125 g almonds, blanched
  • 60 ml chicken broth
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ tsp black pepper (from the mill)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

A different kind of pesto

Combine all ingredients, place in a food processor, and blend until a smooth paste forms. Tip: Broccoli pesto tastes especially good with tagliatelle and poultry.
