Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 g potatoes, floury
- 500 g broccoli
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 200 ml whipped cream
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel, quarter, and wash the potatoes. Cut the broccoli into smaller pieces and wash. Peel and dice the onion. Boil the potatoes in salted water for about 5 minutes, then add the broccoli and diced onion and cook until tender. Drain. Press the vegetables through a potato ricer, add the cold butter, and mix well with the warm potato mixture. Finally, stir the cream into the mashed potatoes.
