Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced beef
  • 1 stalk(s) leek, small
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 2 carrots
  • ¾ cup rice
  • 1 point tomato(s), pureed
  • 1 ½ cup(s) water
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 1 tsp curry
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the rice with the passata, lemon juice, and water in a pot. Finely chop the vegetables. Sauté the minced meat vigorously for 3 minutes. Add the vegetables and sauté for another 3 minutes. Deglaze with the vegetable stock. After simmering for 5 minutes, stir in the sour cream and simmer with the lid on for 7 minutes. Stir in the curry and add the rice. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Serve with flatbread.
