Broccoli salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cup of natural yogurt
  • 200 g mayonnaise
  • 1 small bell pepper(s), red
  • 80 g cooked ham
  • 1 small apple
  • 22 g sugar
  • 2 g salt
  • 1 small head of broccoli
  • e.g. lemon juice
  • pepper
  • 1 can of corn

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 3 minutes

Cut the broccoli into small florets. Cook in a pot of salted water for about 3 minutes until al dente. Drain and let cool. Dice the bell pepper, cooked ham, and peeled apple. In a bowl, mix the yogurt and mayonnaise with sugar and salt. Add the bell pepper, cooked ham, and apple. Season to taste with lemon juice, pepper, and corn (if desired). Finally, add the broccoli and let it simmer. Adjust seasoning if desired.
