Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg broccoli, also frozen
- 250 g cooked ham
- 4 eggs, hard-boiled
- 1 bunch parsley, flat
- 100 ml cream or sour cream
- 4 tbsp sunflower oil or another neutral oil
- 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
- salt and pepper
- Sugar

Wash and chop the broccoli, and cook for about 10 minutes, or cook frozen broccoli according to the package instructions. Dice the ham. Wash and chop the parsley. Peel and dice the eggs. Rinse the broccoli and place it in a bowl with the parsley, ham, and eggs. In a separate bowl, prepare the dressing from cream, oil, and vinegar. Mix well, then season to taste with salt, pepper, and sugar. Pour the dressing over the salad and let it sit for about 4 hours. The salad is also delicious with 1 kg of asparagus.
