Broccoli with gnocchi

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g broccoli (weight including stalk)
  • 185 g smoked tofu, diced, alternatively 100 g diced ham
  • 400 g gnocchi
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, finely diced
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • salt and pepper
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Trim the broccoli and sauté the florets in a little salted water for about 6 minutes. Fry the smoked tofu in plenty of olive oil until golden brown (alternatively, remove the ham cubes from the pan). Add the gnocchi and sauté for 3 minutes. Then add the tomatoes and garlic and sauté until the garlic releases its aroma. Add the broccoli (and the ham cubes) and sauté briefly. Add the crème fraîche and season generously with salt and pepper.
