Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg strawberries, peeled, weighed, crushed with a fork
- 500 g raspberries, sorted and weighed
- 500 g currant puree (in my recipes)
- 2 kg gelling sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
a combination of strawberries, raspberries and currants – makes 9 jars of approx. 250 g each
Combine everything in a large saucepan and bring to a boil while stirring. Boil briskly until the mixture has set (approx. 5 minutes). Pour into the prepared jars and seal immediately. Let the jars cool upside down for the first 10 minutes.
