quick and easy, about 20 cookies
Melt the butter and mix with both types of sugar. Then stir in the egg, vanilla sugar, and salt. Combine the flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder in a separate bowl and stir into the sugar mixture in small portions. Roughly chop the chocolate coating and then fold it into the cookie dough along with the peanuts. Place the finished dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to harden. Finally, form small dough balls with your hands and place them on a baking sheet. Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat) for about 12 minutes and let them cool completely on the warm baking sheet. This recipe makes about 20 medium-sized cookies.
