Brownies with walnuts and white chocolate

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 250 g white chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 80 g walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 170 g brown sugar
  • 150 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • some butter for the mold
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Set aside 175g of the chocolate and the walnuts. Melt the remaining chocolate with the butter in a double boiler. Beat the sugar, salt, and eggs until fluffy, then stir in the chocolate-butter mixture. Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir into the egg mixture. Then fold in the chocolate-nut mixture. Grease a baking or casserole dish (approx. 20×30 cm) and spread the batter evenly. Bake at 180°C for approximately 30 minutes. The cake should be firm on the outside and still slightly mushy on the inside. Let it cool, then cut into approximately 12 slices.
