Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 ciabatta or baguette
  • 6 large tomatoes
  • 1 bunch basil, chopped
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 large garlic cloves, halved

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash, quarter, deseed, and dice the tomatoes. Place them in a bowl. Add the chopped basil and olive oil. Place the bread in the oven at 180°C fan-assisted (without preheating) for about 10 minutes. Remove, slice, and rub with halved garlic cloves. Arrange the tomatoes on the bread slices and serve.
