Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 small slices of ciabatta
- 4 small slices of ham (prosciutto cotto)
- 1 egg(s), hard-boiled, alternatively 4 fried quail eggs
- 2 radishes
- 4 basil leaves
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Sea salt
- Pepper, freshly ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes

Finely chop the garlic. Cut the egg into 8 slices. Finely grate the radishes. Heat the olive oil in a pan and briefly fry the finely chopped garlic clove. Then add the 4 slices of ciabatta and toast. Then top each slice with a slice of prosciutto cotto, place 2 slices of egg on top, then a basil leaf, and then the finely sliced radishes. Sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt and some freshly ground black pepper.
