Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 schnitzels (topside schnitzel)
- 1 egg(s)
- breadcrumbs
- Salt
- pepper
- garlic powder
- 1 ½ vine tomatoes
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 ball of mozzarella
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Season the topside schnitzels with salt and pepper, then coat with egg and breadcrumbs. Then fry them in a pan. Meanwhile, finely chop the onion and vine tomatoes and combine them in a small bowl. Season the mixture with garlic powder. Then place the schnitzels in the gravy and bake in the oven at 200°C (fan oven) with mozzarella until the cheese has melted.
