Bruschetta Gratinated

The perfect bruschetta gratinated recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Ciabatta
  • 1 Pc. Yellow peppers
  • 5 Tomatoes
  • 100 g Olives stuffed with peppers
  • 125 g Mozzarella
  • 35 g Freshly grated Parmesan
  • Basil leaves
  • 3 tbsp Bruschetta paste from the glass, e.g. calico
  • Salt and pepper
  • Olive oil
  1. Quarter and core the tomatoes. Drain the olives. Dice the peppers, tomatoes and olives very small. Dice the mozzarella very small. Grate the Parmesan very finely. Chop the basil leaves in a food processor. Put all ingredients and bruschetta paste in a bowl (except olive oil) and mix well. Season with pepper and carefully with salt. Preheat the oven to 150 °. Cut the ciabatta into thick slices and brush with olive oil, place on an oven rack and bake in the oven for about 3 minutes. then distribute the bruschetta mixture over the bread and place in the oven again for about 5 minutes.
