Salad: Foxy’s Pepper Salad
The perfect salad: foxy’s pepper salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Marinade:
- 1 Red onion – cut into strips
- 0,5 Cucumber – cut into cubes
- 10 Cocktail tomatoes
- 200 g Sheep cheese crumbled
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- Salt pepper
- 1 tsp Foxy’S vampire paste – in my KB
- 1 tbsp Parsley, chives, oregano, thyme
- Alternatively 1 packet of KNORR garden herbs with garlic
- Mustard
- Put the bell peppers, onion, cucumber, tomatoes and sheep cheese in a large bowl and mix
- For the marinade, mix all the ingredients and pour over the vegetables. Mix well and let it steep for a few hours.
- We had fried potatoes and a whey schnitzel with Gauda
