Salad: Foxy’s Pepper Salad

The perfect salad: foxy’s pepper salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Marinade:

  • 1 Red onion – cut into strips
  • 0,5 Cucumber – cut into cubes
  • 10 Cocktail tomatoes
  • 200 g Sheep cheese crumbled
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 tsp Foxy’S vampire paste – in my KB
  • 1 tbsp Parsley, chives, oregano, thyme
  • Alternatively 1 packet of KNORR garden herbs with garlic
  • Mustard
  1. Put the bell peppers, onion, cucumber, tomatoes and sheep cheese in a large bowl and mix
  1. For the marinade, mix all the ingredients and pour over the vegetables. Mix well and let it steep for a few hours.
  1. We had fried potatoes and a whey schnitzel with Gauda
