Bruschetta with tomatoes, peppers and cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 tomatoes (vine tomatoes)
  • 2 green bell peppers
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 50 g cheese (e.g. Emmental)
  • 125 ml olive oil
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • some oregano
  • some basil
  • possibly arugula, for decoration
  • e.g. ciabatta or baguette

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Dice the tomatoes, bell peppers, onion, and cheese and toss with olive oil. Season with sea salt, oregano, and basil. Serve on ciabatta or baguette. You can also garnish with arugula leaves.
